What VizAvi is: VizAvi helps local businesses that work well but don't have time, personnel, or tech for social media. We interview businesses to catch their tone (professional, humorous, cheeky, casual, energetic etc), take their business profile + locality, and generate carousels 3x/week using AI images and a bank of 2000+ hooks. Every post ends with a QR code that saves merchant details to the customer's phone + optional WhatsApp messaging link. Tagline: "Your business card on every phone in town"

What data we collect

  • Email address - for onboarding, account, and AI agent dialogue
  • Business profile - name exactly as you want saved in customer's phone, one-sentence description, locality/service area, top 3 money-maker services, jobs you want to filter out, hours/emergency status, tone/mood preference (professional, cheeky, casual, humorous, energetic, straight-shooter), phrases you say on the job, how you answer phone, story, offer, WhatsApp number/link, and photos you upload
  • Photos - You may supply real job photos. If you don't have them, no problem - we generate AI images for your trade/locality/mood. Mostly AI images, some stock, all generated for your business, not generic timeshare stock.
  • Facebook Page data - When you connect via Facebook Login, we receive your Facebook Page ID, name, and a long-lived Page Access Token to post on your behalf. We store the token encrypted.
  • Generated content - Carousel copy, hooks, AI images we create for you.

Facebook permissions we use

  • pages_manage_posts - To post carousels 3x/week to your Facebook Page on your behalf, including QR code + WhatsApp link
  • pages_read_engagement - To read your Page engagement
  • pages_show_list - To list Pages you own
  • business_management - If you manage via Business Manager

We do NOT read your personal Facebook profile, friends, or personal messages. Only Pages you explicitly connect.

WhatsApp & QR Code

If you provide a WhatsApp messaging link, we embed it in every post as "Message Now". The QR code we generate encodes your merchant contact details so customers can save you to their phone contacts. One scan = saved. At 2am pipe burst, they search contacts and find you, not Google timeshares and vacation rentals. We do not store WhatsApp message content.

AI Images & Hooks

We maintain a bank of 2000+ hooks and growing. We generate AI images for your trade/locality/mood when you don't supply photos. Images are created for your use and not sold to others. You can supply your own photos anytime and update your profile.

How we use your data

  • Generate 3 carousel posts per week in your tone
  • Post automatically to your Facebook business Page to get your store in public's eye
  • Include QR + WhatsApp on every post
  • AI agent onboarding - grabs email, explains questions/concerns, runs onboarding questionnaire, directs to payment

Data retention & your rights

Page Access Tokens until you disconnect your Page in VizAvi settings. Business profile until you request deletion. You can update your profile at any time. To request deletion, email us.
